• Pre-holiday shipment cut-off dates will be arranged based on confirmed orders

• After the holiday, production and deliveries will resume in sequence according to order confirmation priority

For coating manufacturers, adhesive producers, or customers with ongoing industrial production schedules, we recommend confirming raw material requirements and delivery timelines in advance to avoid any interruption.

• Emails and routine inquiries will be handled periodically by on-duty staff

• Urgent matters can be addressed through your assigned sales contact

• Technical documentation or compliance requests will be scheduled upon resumption of normal operations
